1. What paper is used to print the paintings?
Frienden Arts are digitally printed on high-quality 310gsm Hahnemuhle German Fine Art Etching paper. Made from 100% alpha-cellulose fibres, the paper is characterised by its velvety tactile feel, and it's clearly defined felt structure. The matte inkjet coating ensures deep black optimum contrasts for excellent reproduction of colour and painting details, with a premium feel.
2. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver around Malaysia with a flat rate of RM15 for East Malaysia and RM20 for West Malaysia. We also ship internationally. Send us an email to email@example.com and we can arrange the shipment for you, wherever you are!
3. Why does it take 5-7 working days for my items to be delivered?
Frienden Arts are made upon order to ensure you receive it in its best condition. Hence, please allow us a few days to produce and pack the item/s, and arrange shipping for you.
4. How do I track my parcel?
We will email you the tracking number as soon as the product is ready to be shipped. Do note that tracking number will be provided after production, which can take up to 5 days.
5. I am in your area, can I opt for pickup?
Since the items are not ready-made, we do not have options for self pick-up at the moment.
6. Can I pay through PayPal?
Yes, we accept payments using Paypal.
7. If my item is damaged, can I get a refund?
We are sorry this happened! You can send us an email with an image of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Once all criteria are met and we have received the returned item/s, we will inform you, and initiate the refund process. Please allow a total of 20 working days for the full refund to be banked in to your card / account, depending on your chosen mode of transaction.
Our team will guide you through the return process. We will not entertain any items that are returned without our knowledge. Please read our full Refund Policy.
Please note that if it has exceeded 48 hours since you received your package, the item will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
8. If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
We are sorry but we do not provide refunds for the reason of change of mind. Goods purchased are not refundable / returnable unless stated.
